Ariodante

Otvaranje festivala donosi koncertnu verziju Handelove opere Ariodante, u izvođenju ansambla New Trinity Baroque i solista Beogradske barokne akademije. Projekat povezuje izvođačku praksu, pedagoški rad i međunarodnu saradnju koji su u samom središtu festivala.The festival opening presents a concert version of Handel’s opera Ariodante, performed by New Trinity Baroque with soloists of the Belgrade Baroque Academy. The project connects performance practice, pedagogy, and international collaboration at the centre of the festival’s mission.

Koncert će istaći vokalne i instrumentalne slojeve partiture uz fokus na stilski informisano tumačenje i snažan dramski luk, čak i bez scenskog postava.The performance will highlight the score’s vocal and instrumental layers with a focus on stylistically informed interpretation and a strong dramatic arc, even in concert form.
